Do you offer E22ential gift cards?
A E22ential gift card is the perfect gift for everybody on your list—and the simplest for you. Choose the amount to gift, and your recipient can redeem it for equal or lesser value. Gift cards can be used at e22ential.com and by phone. You can use the gift card on multiple orders until the balance is zero. Please contact customer service if you would like to gift over $500. E22ential (E22), LLC  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or the unauthorized use of a gift card.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Gift Cards, Mastercard Gift Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay (Apple Pay is available on mobile devices only). We don't accept Cash on Delivery (CODs), personal checks, or layaway plans.
What is your return policy?
We hope you’re pleased with your new E22ential gear and/or merchandise. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange any unused, unworn and unwashed item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
Please note:
A return shipping fee will applied for mailed returns.
All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
Shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges, and donations are nonrefundable.
Custom items and final sale items are nonrefundable.
International customers who purchase from U.S. online are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
Returns can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve processed your return.
The return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
You won’t be charged if: (1) You’ve received an incorrect or defective item. (2) You’re shipping an item in the same package as an item you’re sending in for an exchange.
