The E22ential 64 oz Water Bottle

These 64 oz doubled-walled vacuum insulated food-grade 304 18/8 stainless steel water bottles are designed to keep drinks hot (12 hrs) and/or cold (24 hrs)  for hours. Bottle includes an acrylic BPA free lid with rubber gasket to make it leak-proof.  The black powder coat exterior keeps your hands dry and the bottle slip-free. The bottle has a wide mouth opening and anti-slip bottom.

You have 30 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from  the E22ential Online Store. Your package must not be post marked any later than 30 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS, FedEx or USPS. Email us to receive your "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA).  Any returns sent without a RMA number will be Rejected.  

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to E22ential Online Store. E22ential Online Store shall send your exchanged items back at no charge, one-time (domestic only). Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

E22ential Online Store will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

1. The item(s) have been worn, used or washed

2. The item(s) have been altered

3. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition 

4. The item(s) do not have the original tags, box or top on them

5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item

Refunds:   Upon receiving your return, E22ential Online Store will processes your return within 72 business hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.  

A restocking fee of $5.00 per package is applied for all returned packages.
